The General Foreman manages subcontractors & suppliers & performs labor that completes projects up to $20,000 of total contract value on time, on budget with a satisfied customer. Responsible for achieving their team's goals while maintaining a positive attitude. Help assure customer satisfaction by recruiting & onboarding suppliers & subcontractors that meet company requirements. Build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers & alike to ensure future revenue goals can be met. 

  • Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information) on multiple project assignments
  • Plan, communicate & execute events on projects that conform to the projects plans (which are the projects schedule & budget). 
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their confidence & satisfaction in the project. Be the face of the company to the customer while work is being performed.
  • Perform production labor tasks on jobsites. This may include, but not limited to: jobsite cleaning, drywall hanging & taping, painting, finish carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
  • Select subcontractors & suppliers to perform work on projects that will fit into the project plan. Be responsible for the projects quality & timeline.
  • Conduct project inspections to evaluate project progress, quality of workmanship, customer satisfaction & adherence to contract scope of work.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings with ACM's & Admin staff to ensure project information is being updated accurately.
  • Continually develop & train subcontractors, suppliers & internal labor to ensure a positive employee experience & continuity in their Area.


  • 3 years of residential construction experience in performing labor in drywall finishing, painting, finish carpentry, finish electrical & finish pluming.
  • 1 year experience in running residential construction projects. Either for themselves or for a company.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Hands on training of residential construction practices
  • Ability to obtain a class E Missouri driver's license within 30 days of hire
