We are looking for a dedicated individual to become a part of our organization as a Training Supervisor. If you would like to work in a dynamic environment and are passionate about learning everyday and sharing your knowledge with others, then this is the positoion for you. 

The Training supervisor with assist with the implementation of training objectives for Woodard Cleaning and Restoration.  They will participate in the development of training programs, facilitate training, and assess programs to ensure continual improvement of the employee and customer experience.    

Essential Duties:

Document processes for the creation of new training

  • Write initial draft material for new training content
  • Collect media footage and documentation of various job functions for use in new training videos
  • Facilitate Orientation Classes
  • Review, evaluate and update existing programs
  • Track training activities across all departments
  • Track and coordinate IICRC and other certification classes including continuing education credits
  • Assist with employee reward and recognition programs including Capability Cash, Legendary Service Awards, John Sadl Award, etc
  • Maintain the Woodard Book Club library
  • Coordinate respirator fittings and monitor expiration dates for those who need recertification

Desired Experience and Education:

  • Prior training or public speaking experience
  • 2-3 Years of Leadership experience
  • Prior course development experience
  • College Degree preferred

Core Capabilities:

  • Develop basic training programs
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Average comfortability using with Microsoft Excel including use of filters, sorting, print layouts, basic functions (SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE)
  • Average comfortability using Microsoft PowerPoint including slide layouts, animations and transitions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance working on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work in Photoshop, Premiere Pro and standard video/audio file formats
