Woodard provides full service mitigation and reconstruction solutions to a wide variety of fire and water restoration customers. Woodard is also known for over 70 years of premium carpet, rug, and furniture cleaning services to the very best customers, both commercial and residential. We are looking for team members who can contribute to best practices by learning old practices and improving them! The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, have strong customer service skills, and excellent time management skills. They will have 2 years' experience of interacting with customers and considerable expertise using Microsoft office applications. An associate's degree in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.

Handle inbound calls including residential and commercial sales and new claims calls.
Schedule residential and commercial cleaning jobs and cross-sell Woodard services.
Follow up with clients to determine satisfaction with work performed.
Data entry
Database maintenance
Provide support to account managers, crew chiefs and marketing teams


Handle 25-75 inbound calls daily
Process paperwork from jobs completed the previous day
Schedule cleaning jobs in the system based on crew availability
Quote pricing for cleaning services and close 95% of inbound sales
Gather appropriate information for claims calls and provide support to clients
Follow up with clients to provide time of cleaning
Follow up with clients to determine satisfaction and to identify future needs


High School Diploma or Equivalent required
2 years of call center or retail customer service experience
Associates Degree in business, marketing, or communications is a plus
Professional phone skills
Excellent verbal skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Well organized and excellent time management skills
Must be proficient with applicable computer applications including: Outlook, MS Word, MS Exel
Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday
