We are looking for a Project Manager to join our  construction team. As a member of our construction team, you will work year-round to help customers get back to their lives after they experience fire or water damage to their homes or businesses. Your primary goal is to produce jobs on time, on budget, and with a happy customer. If you are detail oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in residential construction, Woodard is the place for you!



  • 3-5 years' relevant residential construction management experience
  • Degree in Construction Management, preferred but not required

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information) on multiple project assignments
  • Plan, communicate & execute events on projects that conform to the projects plans (which are the projects schedule & budget). Able to plan & execute events 3 months in advance.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their confidence & satisfaction in the project. Be the face of the company to the customer while work is being performed.
  • Select subcontractors & suppliers to perform work on projects that will fit into the project plan. Be responsible for the projects quality & timeline.
  • Conduct daily project inspections to evaluate project progress, quality of workmanship, customer satisfaction & adherence to contract scope of work.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings with Area Construction Manager's & Admin staff to ensure project information is being updated accurately.
  • Manage warranty process for completed projects
  • Analyze & approve all project costing
  • Continually develop & train subcontractors, suppliers & internal labor to ensure a positive employee experience & continuity in their Area.
  • Perform minor production labor tasks on jobsites when it is reasonable. This should never exceed 4 hours each week. This may include, but not limited to: jobsite cleaning, minor finish carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
