What You'll Do:

• Audit and review invoices prior to processing
• Prepare and process customer invoices for services performed
• Receive and process cash, credit, and check transaction payments
• Maintain accounting databases and records
• Research, track, and resolve accounting and documentation problems
• Assist with special projects and miscellaneous tasks such as: Daily Revenue Reporting, mail sorting and distribution, phone coverage

What It Takes:

• High School Diploma, required
• Associates Degree, preferred
• 2+ years' experience in lieu of degree
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
