The Accounting Business Analyst will present readily understandable information that guides corporate sustainability and profits. The Business Analyst will perform detailed financial analyses from system data and metrics, create regular and ad hoc reports, and share instrumental data with management.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including metrics and analytical reviews
• Complete month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accrual calculations and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and other management reporting tools
• Assist with the preparation and development of the annual budget
• Coordinate and execute budgeting and forecasting reports

What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, required
• 3+ years business experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
