What You'll Do:

• Perform daily tasks such as: Daily Revenue Reporting, mail sorting and distribution, phone coverage
• Process and enter invoices daily, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with purchasing limits.
• Audit and verify expense reports
• Assist in month end closing, ensuring all monthly invoices are accounted for in the system
• Receive and process cash, credit, and check transaction payments
• Identify issues and trends attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management

What It Takes:

• High school diploma, required
• Associates Degree in Business or Accounting, preferred
• 2+ years' experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
