What You'll Do:

• Process and enter invoices daily, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with company policies.
• Use logic and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
• Audit and verify expense reports.
• Assist in month end closing, ensuring all monthly invoices are accounted for in the system.
• Identify issues and trends attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. Work with Vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Process weekly payments to vendors while managing payment deadlines.
• Participate in process improvement and development to create value added tasks in processing vendor invoices.
• Provide back-up to other members of the Accounting Team, as needed.

What It Takes:

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
