What You'll Do:

• Read blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements
• Lift and carry heavy objects, such as framing lumber, sheets of plywood and other building materials
• Perform a variety of production tasks on jobsites, including jobsite clean-up and fixture replacement
• Utilize company technology to update job information and photos
• Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace
• Install structures or fixtures, such as roof trusses, plywood sheeting, windows, doors, framing, headers, and blocking using carpenters' hand and power tools
• Work efficiently 8+ feet above the ground
• Work mainly outdoors, in unconditioned spaces, year round

What it takes (requirements):

• 5+ years in residential construction
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain and maintain Class E Driver's License within 30 days
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
