The Director will ensure their Business Unit / Department is staged for growth, while developing leaders, and exceeding Woodard's goals for stakeholder satisfaction, quality, capacity, and profitability in a culture infused with The Woodard Way.

What You'll Do:

• Actively solicit the input of their Managers to improve operations and will actively develop current and future staff into leaders
• Provide both positive and constructive feedback in an environment of caring, accountability, transparency, and trust so that each employee can thrive
• Identify, document, standardize, assess, enhance, test, and implement operational systems and processes (people, technology, practices)
• Build strong, trusting relationships with other Directors so that overlapping requirements, gaps, processes can be established, improved, re-created, or solved through healthy cooperation
• Propose and adhere to their area's annual budget and will coordinate with their Chief Officer as needs arise outside of the approved budget

What It Takes:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• 15+ years of education and/or related experience
• 5+ years in Industry or Leadership
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass 18-year background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
