As a Fire Restoration Crew Chief, you will lead teams to provide fire mitigation, contents pack out, and structure cleaning services for our customers. Our goal is to restore our customer's homes and businesses to their pre-loss conditions.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, direct, and coach a versatile crew toward an efficient, effective, safe, profitable, quality outcome
• Follow scope of work provided by the Project or Production Manager
• Competently and consistently utilize company technology
• Perform contents pack out, structure clean, and other tasks as needed
• Proactively contribute to process improvements
• Respond during on-call rotation and emergency rushes

What It Takes:

• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs alone & more than 100 lbs with another person
• Experience leading smalls crews
• Current, valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain and maintain Class E driver's license within 30 days of hire
• Many of our customers require background checks, drug screens, or vaccinations for entry into facilities. For this role, you should have the ability to comply with checks and/or show proof of vaccination status.
