What You'll Do:

• Hire, train, develop, and grow their Team Members
• Evaluate, allocate, and acquire resources to support organization and department needs
• Document and automate repeatable processes, while ensuring effective administration of policies and plans
• Mitigate risks through current knowledge and implementation of Federal and State DOL regulations and will comply with all associated documentation and reporting requirements (EEOC, OSHA, FMLA, etc.)
• Educate Supervisors and Managers to ensure management practices are in line with internal and external policies and The Woodard Way.

What It Takes:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• 10+ years Industry and/or Leadership
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
