The People Operations Coordinator role at Woodard supports a broad range of People Operation activities, but will initially focus on the Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, and New Hire Assimilation experience. We are more interested in how you show up, how you think, and what you can do than in specific HR experience.

• Technology savvy - can learn new tech and conceive how to use it
• Refined aesthetic - can create a variety of documents, forms, or ads consistent with our brand
• Analytical - can observe, analyze and evaluate using both instincts and data, and make decisions accordingly
