Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator synchronizes project workflow throughout a project's lifecycle to ensure the smooth flow of communication across multiple internal and external customers, with a primary focus on end-to-end Customer Experience. The Project Coordinator is responsible for preparing, coordinating, distributing, and tracking project information, documentation, activities, schedules, budgets, and reports.

What You'll Do:

• Create and manage a variety of graphic design projects
• Manage social media outreach and response
• Build brand awareness to attract qualified applicants
• Facilitate email marketing campaign process
• Photograph job sites and employees for use in marketing materials
• Design, solicit, populate, and update content on the internal communications platform
• Provide backup support to commercial cleaning admin & customer response teams

What it takes:

• High School Diploma, required; Business or Finance studies, preferred
• 2 years customer service
• Microsoft Suite competence
• 1+ year in project administration or coordination
• Insurance experience, preferred

• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
