Project Manager Residential Construction Jobs at Woodard Cleaning and Restoration
Sample Project Manager Residential Construction Job Description
Project Manager - Residential Reconstruction
You'll step into our customer's life after they have experienced a loss due to fire, water, mold, or storm damage. As you might imagine, emotions often run high after significant loss. The owner counts on you to bring calm, confident expertise while you restore their home to its pre-loss condition. You'll gain their trust early through effective listening and proactive communication and maintain that trust throughout the project by following through on your commitments.
You'll earn compliments like this one (and maybe a shot at sainthood?) from your customers: "When my home office was damaged by broken water pipes, Woodard's reconstruction manager was an expert in every aspect of the project. He was a most pleasant young man and became a dear friend. Woodard is fortunate to have such a competent and dedicated employee."
You'll communicate and negotiate with the homeowner's insurance adjuster throughout the project to ensure their requirements are met while protecting the customer needs and company profitability.
You'll partner with your Woodard support team, including Estimators, Project Coordinators, Accountants, Construction staff, and internal industry experts to provide exceptional service. You'll utilize our technology and tools to maximize your effectiveness.
If you pride yourself in completing HIGH QUALITY projects ON TIME and WITHIN BUDGET, if you have the resilience to weather the stormy days in a demanding industry, and if you want to thrive alongside a high-performance team in an environment of gratitude and recognition, we want to talk to you!
