Remodeler - Residential Construction

The Construction Remodeler will provide quality labor to restore homes and businesses to their pre-loss conditions.

What You'll Do:

• Hang and repair drywall; mud and tape
• Prepare painting surfaces, remove fixtures such as doorknobs and light switch covers
• Apply paint and finishes to various surfaces
• Install cabinets, toilets, and ceiling fans
• Perform millwork, such as doors, molding, trim, wall paneling, crown moldings, etc.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical work, as needed
• Perform a variety of production tasks on jobsites, including jobsite clean-up and fixture replacement

What It Takes:

• 5+ years in residential construction
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain and maintain Class E Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
