• Your Role at Woodard

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide consultative insights on how data can drive success.
• Provide analytical expertise, translating complex datasets into stories that inform decisions and actions.
• Design and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau and Microsoft SSRS, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
• Champion data clarity by maintaining a well-organized, thoroughly documented library of reports and dashboards.
• Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging data to address challenges and create new value.
• Develop and maintain a Data Dictionary that ensures a shared understanding of metrics and definitions across teams.

• What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft SSRS, and SQL.
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for translating technical insights into actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, ensuring reporting assets are accurate, consistent, and accessible.
• A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and deliver value.
