What You'll Do:

• Hire, train, develop, and grow a Team of Estimators and Customer Loss Coordinators
• Evaluate, allocate, and acquire resources to support fluctuating operational needs
• Communicate information to frontline team members that allow them to align their activities with Woodard's strategy
• Communicate across operational boundaries to optimize coordination and capitalize on market opportunities
• Monitor the Restoration Administration team's timely response and resolution of customer questions, concerns, or complaints

What it takes (requirements):

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• 1+ Industry Certifications, preferred
• 10+ years in industry and/or management
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
