SALESFORCE DEVELOPER

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment to better serve our employees and customers. This role combines declarative configuration with programmatic development, ensuring the platform evolves with the needs of the business. Your work will directly support our mission to serve others, do what's right, and foster continuous learning.

Your Role at Woodard

• Customize and maintain Salesforce page layouts, objects, and security settings.
• Build and optimize flows to automate business processes.
• Create and maintain reports, list views, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and other programmatic solutions when needed.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to implement solutions that balance simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure Salesforce configuration and development is well-documented and aligned with best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates and technical input on Salesforce solutions.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of Salesforce experience (admin and/or development).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Flows, object configuration, and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Apex programming fundamentals.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in meetings.
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy-delivering solutions quickly while maintaining quality and avoiding rework.
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and eagerness to learn new Salesforce features.
