What You'll Do:

• Mentor both new and seasoned PMs toward exceptional performance on assigned projects
• Identify PM project execution performance gaps and train to eliminate those gaps
• Oversee the quality execution of assigned restoration or reconstruction projects, assuming responsibility for successful outcomes and project profitability
• Ensure all aspects of the projects are performed in a timely, professional, and consistent manner, including production, buy out, change orders, permits, invoicing, warranty work, etc.
• Expertly manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage projects without extensive adjuster oversight through vigilant & proactive confirmation and documentation of project progress
• Promptly alert internal and external stakeholders of additional services or activities, in advance of execution
• Lead, direct, train, and coach a versatile workforce of full-time, part-time, temporary, subcontractors and cross functional staff
• Visit job sites to verify progress and assist crews in resolving challenges

What it takes:

• 7+ years in Industry
• High School Diploma, preferred
• 1+ Industry Certifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
