Superintendent

We're looking to grow our Construction Team with the addition of a Superintendent!

Are you someone who is detail oriented and organized? Can you multi-task while managing competing priorities? Do you enjoy building relationships with both customers and members of the team?

Our Superintendents work directly with a Project Manager to ensure that jobs are staying on schedule and within budget. They help to manage multiple projects at a time and ensure timely communication to all parties involved. Superintendents help to make the flow between internal and external labor, the PM, and the customer seamless.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise subcontractors and internal labor
• Ensure needed materials are on site
• Communicate with customers to ensure their confidence & satisfaction in the project
• Complete and process accurate documentation within required timelines
• Provide weekly job status and schedule updates

What It Takes:

• 2+ years in Industry
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
