Training Manager

The Training Manager role will assess Woodard training needs through collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, then develop, facilitate, supervise, and implement training programs that enhance our ability to deliver quality, completed projects with highly satisfied customers who provide direct referrals.

What You'll Do:

• Establish, track, and monitor the annual Employee Experience budget
• Establish, promote, facilitate, and manage meaningful employee recognition programs that share and reward employee success and longevity
• Create, maintain, and administer an unparalleled orientation and assimilation training program for all new hires
• Identify and source appropriate curriculum to address identified training needs
• Actively solicit the input of internal and external stakeholders to improve training programs, plans, and curriculum that develop current and future staff

What It Takes:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• 10+ years industry and/or management experience
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
