What You'll Do:

• Establish subcontractor selection process, standards of performance, and criteria for selection and retention
• Collaborate with the Construction team to ensure adequate access to qualified subcontractors and to assess their satisfaction with subcontractor performance
• Research, interview, select and continuously evaluate the performance of subcontractors
• Establish service, quality, cost, and satisfaction criteria and ratings for third party suppliers
• Ensure all Subcontractor and Vendor profiles, including insurance requirements, are up to date in our project management system

What It Takes:

• High School Diploma, required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, preferred
• 10+ years industry and/or management experience
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass 18-year background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
